Cabinet Types
Face Frame
Face frame cabinets have a frame made from wood, with 1 1/2- 2" stiles and rails. This style of cabinetry is typically built as partial overlay, which leaves 1-2" of the face frame exposed.
Frameless (European style)
Frameless (European style) cabinets are designed without a face frame, instead utilizing the face of the sides, top, and bottom of the cabinet box as the face. This results in larger cabinet openings and wider and taller drawer boxes. This style of cabinetry is sometimes called Full Access cabinets because there is center stile in the opening, making access easier and creating about 10-15% more storage space.
Functional Hardware
Blum CLIP Top Hinges
These Euro-style hinges are three-dimensionally adjustable. The clip-on feature allows doors to be attached or removed quickly when needed, without tools. Soft close BLUMOTION technology ensures that doors close smoothly and effortlessly.
Blum TANDEM Drawer Slides
This full-extension undermount slide features four-dimensional adjustment. It is also equipped with soft close BLUMOTION, which slows the momentum as the drawer closes, ensuring a quiet, smooth close.
Peter Meier Leg Levelers
We fit each cabinet with 4-6 sockets as they are assembled. Just before installation, we insert the adjustable leg into the socket. This allows us to make adjustments as needed, to ensure that your cabinets are perfectly level.
